I kindly ask you to follow the below policies to ensure you receive the most from your treatment + that your appointment runs smoothly - thank you so much!

Your appointment

• Please arrive to your appointment on time or up to 10 minutes early, if you are late unfortunately this cuts into your appointment time and disrupts your experience - I understand of course that sometimes unavoidable circumstances occur on your way to me such as traffic, but I kindly ask you to contact me if you are running late and I will always try my best to still accommodate you.
• As above if you are 15 minutes+ late for your appointment I will be unable to perform your appointment on that day and it will be seen as a 'no show' appointment.
• Please be aware that I do not have a waiting area at my home studio so if you arrive over 10 minutes early please contact me as I may be with a client and unable to see you until your appointment time. I am usually ready to see you around 10 minutes before you appointment starts!
• Please arrive to your appointment without make-up when possible + complete your online consultation prior to your appointment

Payment

• Payment is taken after your treatment - I accept card payments, cash + bank transfer - whichever method is most convenient to you

Getting to the studio -  Upon booking you will be sent the full address! The studio is located in Stannington on a road just off Stannington Road + there are many easy transport links;

Car - there is ample parking space on my quiet road, you are also invited to use my drive to park right outside the house!

Bus - the 81 bus stop is located just at the end of the road, a 2 minute walk from the studio - this bus goes into the city centre, as well as through Hillsborough, Hunters Bar, Millhouses, Ecclesall, Whirlow and Dore. Tram - Malin Bridge tram stop is a 20 minute walk + 5 minute drive from the studio
